Background: Megan was raised in Florida, playing amongst the wildlife. Megan's parents were free spirited and let her explore her environment without restriction, causing some problems with the local people. Megan was curious about everything and often found herself in situations that she needed to extridite herself from without her parents help.

Megan left the family home to attend Star Fleet Academy after high school, studying star ship engineering. She graduated in the top 10% of her class. Her first assignment was on the USS Athena as a junior engineering officer.

While aboard the Athena, Megan developed some odd habits that had not presented themselves since childhood. Megan had met with the counselors due to problems with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, which was interferring with her duties. The counselors have treated her and had had some success in dealing with dealing with this disorder. Megan has improved, however she is still not where she should be.
