History: Mother died in child birth, father assimilated, has a twin sister named Lyra, she is also in Starfleet and is a highly ranked medical officer on Starbase 74. His long life span has given him much freedom in the way he lives his life. He’s travelled across much of the Alpha quadrant and visited many worlds purely on the back of his to ability fix things in return for a place on the ship going in the right direction. Primarily his interests have always been in ship design and engineering - before the academy he was entirely self taught. He saw Starfleet as more of an opportunity than a life choice, he should have many more years to live and many more things to see but Starfleet offers him the ability to truly use his skills for the greater good. The other cadets at the academy were made nervous as outwardly he looked similar to them but he’d already lived more years than most of their fathers and new more about engineering than some of the instructors, not that he ever reminded anyone of the fact - throughout the academy he remained polite and listened to everything he was taught. He fully understood that he had to start at the beginning like everyone else. He settled with graduating at the top of his class with honors.
