This note: http://www.star-fleet.com/webb/node/80297 was cross posted (using the audience function I'm guessing) on both the USS Alliance and the USS Endeavor.

Problem 1) It causes readers of the Endeavor to be moved to the Alliance's note section and therefore I cannot reply to the note or edit it (I don't have access on the alliance) so that it only has one audience.

Problem 2) How did this happen? The poster hasn't got the access to be able to post on multiple audiences.
