When attempting to change the Vice-Comandants rank to Fleet Captain I received the following error

Warning: fopen(../../data/names.ini) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /usr/www/users/stfleet/acad/admin/logins/ModNames.php on line 100

The system also reports that the names was in fact changed but that's obviously incorrect as there is no change.

I checked if I was logged in and I in fact was, so I don't think that was it.
