Medical Report: Shinji is in perfect health. The only notation is that of a minor concussion recieved during a training exercise due to faulty equipment.

Psychology Report: Shinji was raised in a Japanese environment and home schooled by his parent until he was 14. The only reason this stopped was due to the fact that Shinji had to have some time in a Federation school if he was to be accepted into Star Fleet. His manners are very good. The only negative I saw, was that he places his emotions aside whenever he gets into a fight. It has made some of his opponents in close combat wary. One of them mentioned that Shinji was almost Vulcan-like in his mentality in this state. I don't believe it to be a problem at the current time, but where ever he is assigned, the Counselor should keep an eye on this, and see if it extends into other areas of his life.
