About 10 days to two weeks ago, I suddenly stopped receiving new applicant emails. As a result, I have no notice of when someone has created an account, and therefore no way to know if there are applications waiting to be processed. I can check the Admin manually to see if there are new accounts created since the last time I checked, but this seems to be the long way around the problem.
I do know that the problem lies upstream of my email account, as the applicant email are not reaching my Gmail account, none are being found in the Spam or Trash folders, so they're getting lost before I get them.
Not sure if my forward has been acting up, or if the server-side spam catcher is eating them. Regardless, as a PDept staff member, these emails are vital, I need to get them to process new apps.
