: : : : Between the efforts of Aries and Connie ready to grab him, the two would be able to gather up Ronso and bring him to safety. Just as Aries was pulling himself up, the caved in sections of promenade let go and fall with a crash. The section that the three were on, not well supported, was not feeling very stable. Its creaks were made even louder in the otherwise mostly soundless region.

: : : Connie listened to the flooring groan, and felt it sway. Her stomach voted to leave. The red headed security officer said,"I vote we get out of here now." Leaving the lieutenant to gather the weapons and rope, she hefted Ronso into a fireman's carry, and moved quickly back along the promenade to a more stable section. She hoped. As she passed Leeds heading the other way, she said,"Rescue's over. This way."
