I am finally continuing the work that Andy started during his tenure as Personnel Director with regards to redrafting the edict defining the Personnel Department. So, without further delay, I present to you for comments, the Personnel Department Edict, PDE draft v2.2. I will cross post this to the Command Ship for obvious and relevant reasons, but will carry on the conversation in the Personnel Department until such time that the final draft can be submitted to Command for implementation.
