Welcome to Starbase 93. This command area will be used as a central repository for ALL LOA and AWOL's for the ships of this fleet. Also, any discussions that we want to have that pertain to Fleet Two specifically will be hosted here going forward. A complete MOTD modernization will be occurring over the next two months, so stay tuned. here.

=/\= Slow Ship AWOL Policy (USS Constellation USS Lexington and USS Samurai. ) Junior officers and Department Heads must post at least once every ten (10) days. Command officers (CO, XO, GM, 2O) must post once every five days. The WeBB software records only when you post on a ship, not when you read notes, so be aware of this fact.

=/\= Fast Ship AWOL Policy (OP45, USS Polaris, and the USS Rogue ). On the fast GWF ships, the following AWOL rules replace the slow ship policies. Junior Officers (Med-x, Sci-x, etc.) must post at least once every seven (7) days. Department heads (CMO, CTO, CSS, etc.) must post at least once every four (4) days. Command officers (CO, XO, GM, 2O) must post once every three (3) days.

=/\= Leave of Absence Policy : Definition:A Leave of Absence is defined as any period of declared leave from club posting duties that is less than thirty days. Any LOA for a period of less than 30 days will have no effect on an individual's positions; however, multiple LOAs within a short time scale by a Commanding Officer or an Executive Officer may result in the removal of an individual with the approval of the Fleet Commander and the President. The individual's removal from department head and junior officer positions is at the discretion of the appropriate ship's Commanding Officer. Members who need to take a temporary break from STF for any reason, must declare an LOA as defined above, by doing the following. Department heads and below: Post on your own ship and on the appropriate thread on SB93, Command positions CO/XO- you must post your LOA's in command, on your ship, and on SB93. In addition, you are responsible to email your direct superior in the chain of command, ex:(Med JO's inform the CMO, CE inform the CO, CO inform the FComm).

=/\= Fleet Reports
Every CO, XO and GM of a Fleet 2 ship is required to submit a report every month. Reports are due by the 26th of the month. I will try and send out a reminder one (1) week before reports are due. There are NO EXCUSES for not submitting a fleet report.
