Fleet Two practices the standardized AWOL policies as outlined by Dipper Bill #1. Any questions regarding this should be directed to the FComm.

The following ships are Slow-Paced: USS Constellation and USS Samurai

All other ships in Fleet Two are medium-paced.

**All changes to these policies must be approved by the FComm**

All LOAs must be marked on the roster of the ship. Preferred format for making LOAs is to change either the character's name or player's name to include the following: "LOA until dd-mmm-yy" (ie: "LOA until 28-May-11").

LOAs longer than thirty (30) days are subject to the club-wide Member Order and Organization Edict regarding absences.

All eLOAs and iLOAs and the positions involved will be determined on a case-by-case basis. The FComm and AFComm must be consulted when the player in question holds the position of CO, XO or GM. All other player positions are under the sole discretion of the CO of the ship involved.

Fleet Reports: Monthly Fleet Reports must be submitted by every CO, XO and GM in Fleet Two. They are due on the 2nd day of every month for the previous month (ie: May 2nd for April reports). LOA is the only acceptable excuse for not submitting a report, but requests for extensions may be sent to the FComm.
