Mission Details
Continue on dealing with those bugs, and as you do so, the Atlantis has been called to Fleet 3 HQ.
The XO, COS, CSO and CNS have been called into a meeting with Fleet Three's Head of External Relations were they learn of the Atlantis' mission. The USS Brooks, a Science Vessel, has gone missing while charting gaseous anomalies in the Faerie sector and the Atlantis is being sent to find out what happened to it. They are told to visit the Shoreleave planet on the way to get any additional information available from former Lt Commander Rujo Kiwa who is there maintaining the planet's systems. Rujo Kiwa was the last person to see the Brooks, apparently, and could have additional information to help in their investigations.
The four officers are also told that they'll be taking Ambassador Ohminae and its Assistant Jhindalae with them. During the meeting, Fleet 3 Commander Matthew Kleinman enters the meeting and promotes the XO to Captain and assigns her the Atlantis.
As the meeting takes place, 4 of the officers remaining on the Atlantis, get summoned to Kern's Lounge on the Starbase at four different times and to go to a table with a different flower on it:-
* Marine Commander Alexandria Watts at 1000 hours, a table with a rose;
* Chief Tactical Officer Austin Smith at 1300 hours, a table with a violet;
* Security and Intell Officer Ahira Kasamoto at 1600 hours, a table with a daisy; and
* Junior Tactical Officer Garret O'Connor at 1900 hous, a table with a hyacinth.
Each of the four officers are told that Ensign Elle Kensington, a Science JO on the Atlantis will die if they don't keep their meetings confidential.
Finally , Chief Engineer Jacen Drayke receives a visit from the Chief of Operations of Fleet HQ who needs help with some holographic systems.
