Robinson Edict #20 has granted me the huge honor of command of the Dresden. Whilst Pleasantly surprised there is some poetry in my first ship in STF, and indeed my first character,granting me the honor to serve it in this capacity. The crew have been extremely helpful, beyond all expectations, with regards to the difficult transition phase we experienced and as the Side Sim draws to a close I would like to thank everyone for making the sim a huge success and the Dresden the most enjoyable of places to sim. I hope that we can keep up the same level I have come to expect of you guys.
Another side note, I have chosen to appoint Mellisa Eastman as the Dresden's new XO. I have had nothing but positive RPing with her and shes always extremely thorough with her post. A number of members have recommended her independently and as such have granted her the position I leave behind. I Hope she shows the same level of dedication to her new position as she has with the rest of her STF career. A huge round of applause for her. With that I would also like to add that I will be discussing and deciding upon promotions shortly once various threads have been cleared up both IC and OOC.
