We have two openings for Assistant Positions...

Assistant pDept director is responsible for assisting the PDir in placement of new applicants amongst STF and replying to external emails to the department. Should the PDir be unavailable then the Assistant pDept Director is the next in command and will assist with the day to day runnings of the Personnel Department

Thank you to all who applied for the ADir (Internal) position. I was glad to see a rather enthusiastic response to the opening. With a wide range of applicants I've offered the position to Katrina Muller and she's accepted.

Welcome to the team Katrina! I know you'll be a great fit.

We'll be undergoing training, so please all be patient with us while we get Katrina caught up on the policies and procedures in the department. But it should be business as usual for us.

With Mary's extended LOA, I am in need of help in the PDept. James has kindly agreed to slip into the External APDir position, so that leaves me with an opening for an Assistant Personnel Director (Internal).

I am looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who has the time and energy to stay on top of things. The Department can be very busy at times. You will need to be able to work on your own as well as with the other members of the department.

Do you consider yourself a helpful and friendly person? Are you interested in helping out the newest members to STF settle into the club? If so, then we'd love to have you as a Mentor!

I have a vacancy in the department for an Assistant Personnel Director (Internal). Basic duties include updating the PDept MOTD vacancy list, updating ship profiles, helping monitor the Mentors program and helping with external duties (including placements) if myself or Mary are away. There are other projects and tasks that may come up as needed.

No experience is necessary as full training will be given. However, I require a trustworthy, dedicated and enthusiastic person to help out.
