“Hm.. Another day and Another Year in service of the Federation.. Hopefully this Time around Ill get a great captain..”
A Young Ensign Donning A Tight Jacket With The Federation Emblem Pinned Atop Of The Spot where his heart would be. It would be accented with Gold and the ring would be red. Just slightly inside of the tip of the triangle An inscription would be engraved into it. It would be in Latin and it would be the Latin Phrase for “Rossi’s Never Submit”. The Symbol itself would look somewhat old and worn down even having slight singe marks looking vaguely as if it had been briefly under the flames of A primitive blowtorch. If one were to look lower they would see a contrasting pair of slacks slightly loose around the calf and with two red stripes going down each pant leg. Two R Cuff-Links could be seen on the cuffs of his jacket which would be a uniform jacket rather then A tight fitting shirt. Furthermore he would be wearing a pair of Steel Toe Combat Boots which would be one of the few items of clothing which would not of been issued to him upon his assignment. He would slowly walk into An academy space-dock pulling out a small Data-Stick along with A PDA which has the required material to receive passage to the USS Challenger shortly thereafter the Officer in charge would say “You are Free to go Cadet. I hope you enjoy your stay on the Challenger”. In response The cadet would simply nod revealing the fact he had a buzz-cut specifically military style not unlike that of the 20th centuries preferred hairstyle for soldiers. He would slowly turn around and then walk into A room which was designated as A locker room and he would slowly lower his head and do a retinal scan before opening the locker door and pulling out a dufflebag which was assigned to him upon graduation and he would return to the shuttle entering the small peculiar shaped vessel and it would take off to the challengers location docking shortly thereafter. On the ride over the young man would gently tap the shoulder of the pilot and ask “Where may I put my belongings. I am Cadet Rossi and I would like to rest before we reach my new post.”, The officer who would be a rather plain looking individual with a messy hairstyle and brown hair to top it off would say in a gruff and somewhat irritated tone “Just throw it in the Co-Pilots seat ill let you pick it up on the way out” Rossi would look at him a frown growing on his face before sighing and just dropping the bag into aforementioned seat and then laying down in the back couch (The Ship itself is rather Small and instead of having the Usual 3 Chairs they instead opted for one large couch). He would slowly open his Bag and he would pull out A pair of Crimson shades which he had off prior and this entire time excluding when he was speaking with the officer his eyes were closed after he had returned the bag to its location and closing it back up. Almost as if he was hiding something and he would put them on his eyes and he would put his hands behind his head and slowly lay back beginning to doze off.. Soon enough the shuttle rocks and he is launched unto the floor waking up with a short Yell of indignation before getting up with a Humph and pressing his hands rough and course against the floor straightening his arms out and then pressing his knees against the floor and getting up. He would growl almost like an animal before yelling “WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT!”. The Pilot who was previously silent would suddenly burst out laughing before grabbing the dufflebag and throwing it at Rossi resulting in him falling on his Buttocks. “Ah Godd- Know what Nevermind.. I presume were here thanks for the ride.”Rossi would say and growl once more before turning to the door as it slowly opens revealing the curious interior of the USS Challenger and I would proceed to step off the edge of the shuttle doorway and proceed to fall on my face due to the fact I forgot just how high the shuttle actually was in comparison to the height from the floor up and I’d slowly get up yet again and then shake myself off and head to the Medical Officer’s Office for my Physical the entire time thinking “This is gonna suck if everytime I get off a ship I fall on my face.”

OOC: Great intro post! Just a few things to note going forward. We use past tense for all posts in the club, that’s standard for everyone. Don’t be afraid to break up your post. If you look below at Starr’s response, that break in the middle make sit easier for people to read, especially on mobile devices. And lastly, always make sure you sign off on your posts (again, look at Starr’s response at the end). That lets everyone know you are done. Good job, and welcome aboard!

James, a.k.a. Lt. Cmdr. Korczak, Ship’s Counselor

Starr was on patrol, passing through the shuttle bay, as It landed and dropped off another cadet, he gave a slight nod to the shuttle pilot, he had seen him a few times in the last couple of months while he passed on patrol. Starr was the cadet on the floor and sighed. Walking over, he said “shuttles always seem to be bigger when your getting off don’t they?”

Standing before Rossi was another cadet, in the same security uniform, minus the cuff links and other additional touches made by the new cadet. A well built man with brown hair, though not as short but well kept, still a touch on the shabby side, though looking deliberate in style “welcome aboard the challenger, don’t worry I won’t tell the chief.” Offering the new guy a hand up “I’m cadet Simon Starr, security and looking at the uniform looks like your going to be joining our department.”
