Some time after the festivities of the previous delivery and promotions were handed out, the station Commander Jackson looked to his XO and frowned. “It seems that there is a vessel adrift near Regula. Well between Kovaal and Regula.” He flipped through some notes and then frowned again. “Closest ship is the U.S.S. Saracen, but she seems to be doing other things at the moment.”After another frown he nods to his assistant, “Get me Rhodes and Harkness. I think this would be a good thing for the cadets to handle, don’t you? Simple enough mission and it gets them headed home.”
The slender Russian nodded and tapped her comm badge. =/\= Captain Rhodes, Commander Harkness. Commander Jackson would like to speak with you about your next mission, outfitting you, and getting you underway.”

=^= Acknowledged, we’ll be there shortly. =^= Max said as he closed out a few last reports at his desk. He was using the downtime to finally get caught up on the inevitable paperwork that liked to pile up.

It had taken a few minutes for Max to wrap up his final reports, but he was able to clear off the final change over paperwork for the Challenger, and they were all set to go. Now to figure out what there next mission would be.
Making his way over to the base commander’s office, he waited for Captain Rhodes to arrive.
