Now that people are wrapping up check in posts, it’s important to get everyone involved in some aspect of the main sim.
Right now, there are five different “teams” to be involved in (the last Challenger one is going to be getting started shortly and I will update with that thread link once I have it):

Important Notes
Along with the cadets assigned to each group, there is a whole supporting cast of what we call Nameless Ensigns (NEs), but are likely of various officer and enlisted ranks. So, if a team does not have an explicitly assigned security player character (PC), we can still assume that these NEs (non-player characters, NPCs) are along to keep them safe. This also means that we can “convert” these NPCs to PCs as cadets join/leave the ship. There will be cadets involved in main sim threads who were not named on the shuttle ride over; that’s okay! The story isn’t going to be perfect, but we’ll just make do with what we can and sometimes that means assuming someone has been there all along that… hasn’t. :)
Not everyone is assigned to a team right now; that’s okay! We’ll get you situated with one once you’ve made it through most of your check in posts and you have a feel for how the club operates.
