OOC: So! The magical art of snipping, basically the idea is that when a thread gets to a point where it’s getting a bit long, all you do is pick a section to delete then just replace it with the following: <snip>, dead easy!

M’rahja answered seriously, “What is this relax you speak off?” Then cracked a smile, “But in all seriousness, I do happen to have a hobby. I like to consider myself a connoisseur of the arts. Though I don’t paint or create myself, I follow the art world and its rising stars. And I can play guitar.” Provided the strings are of good quality and her audience doesn’t mind the hopelessly antiquated songs she was taught.

Kyle looked up quickly, “Really? What a coincidence, I play piano. I’ll have to keep that in mind Cadet,” Anders made notes on his PADD with a wide grin, “So, if you were to break Security down into sections, which of these sections would you say you excel in?”

“We could form a two-man band,” M’rahja said, not minding the idea in the least. “Anything that puts me in front of a hostile, or on the trail of one. I’m the cadet you want by your side when we’re in a brawl or when you’re stuck on a planet with nothing but your uniform on your back.” Hand-to-hand combat, tracking, survival she relished any training that pit her against the hostile be it other humanoids or the weather.

Kyle gave that childish grin again, “Meet me on Holodeck Two after your first shift, I’ll show you something you might like,” he winked, “So, the more obvious question to finish off, where do you see yourself in five years?

“Oh?” That caught her attention and the possibilities were wide. She’s dabbled in her own holodeck programs but her coding skills were not up to the challenge of making one truly exceptional. “In five years I hope I’m posted aboard a ship exploring new worlds, new expanses of space. I’ve never imagined myself anywhere else.” Science ship, exploration ship, guard ship she didn’t care so long as it kept going to new places.
