After checking the door number against the readout of his PADD, Seb entered the shared quarters; a space he intended to spend as little time as possible in during his time on the Challenger. The room was empty, some of the bunks already had belongings stowed nearby.I guess… Mine must be one of the empty ones. Dropping his bags on a bunk against the far wall with a clatter of fencing equipment, he hoped to find a decent sparring partner as soon as possible, lest he lose his competitive edge. Seb slumped to sit down next to his belongings, immediately massaging both legs, cursing himself for skipping his morning stretches to save some time. As if on cue, a digitized voice rang out in the room.
“Cadet Sebastien Petrov, report to sickbay.” He sits stunned for a moment, convincing himself that it was just a coincidence. Rising to his feet with a low groan, he sets off at a good pace, ignoring the tightness in his legs. Mercifully, his destination is also on Deck 6, arriving after only a few minutes of wandering through the hallway.
Activating the door control, he enters, immediately looking to catch the eye of one of the Doctor with his best confident smile.

Aaron was getting ready for the new cadet examination. My first one, he thought with a smile. He launched the biobed computer, and the Starfleet logo appeared on the screen.
While he was putting on his medical coat, the Sicbay’s door opened, revealing a man, showing a confident smile.A security member, he thought, looking at the man’s uniform. He quickly checked the ranked pins on the uniform collar of the new arrival. No pins. It might the cadet I have to handle.
After taking a PaDD and his medical tricorder (just in case), he approached the former cadet: “You might be the new Security Cadet. Petrov, is that correct?”, he said, checking the Cadet name on his PaDD.

Seb walked towards Aaron as he was addressed, internally grateful that his arrival was expected, saving him the awkward experience of shuffling around an unfamiliar department trying to catch someone’s attention.
“That’s right Doctor. Seb Petrov reporting in, what do you have in store for me today?” He spoke in a jovial tone, having also noted Aaron’s lack of pins. Peeling his eyes away from the Doctor, he glances around sickbay, considerably smaller than the facilities on Starbase Sierra where had spent so much time as a patient prior to joining Starfleet.

(OOC: I see that your character used my character’s name Be careful, you are not supposed to know other characters’ names, until you have a way to know it, like asking them or seeing them. Even if it’s only a description or in your character’s mind, do every description from your character’s point of view, not from a global point. Else, I really like your character attitude, he might end up as a captain !”)
IC: Aaron smiled at the confidence of Petrov. He really has a different way to handle his stress than me when I first arrive on the ship, he thought. I wonder if he’s only stressing?
The doctor presented himself: “Cadet Aaron Williams. I’ll be the one in charge of your examination.” He then pressed some command on his PaDD and the cadet’s record appeared on the screen. “I’ll let you go on the biobed 2. I’ll be there in a second”, Aaron said, pointing to the bed in question.
