It was mid-morning and repairs were continuing while the departments were taking care of their more mundane tasks. Necessary, but not exactly exciting. Until…~Mischief Maker

Short version, Taya. Give him the short version. Just enough to let the command staff know what happened. “Sir, we’re in the cargo bay getting equipment for our departments and a bottle from one of the crates exploded, leaving Ensign Morton partially invisible.” She hoped that was enough.

Tapping the controls, he shifted to a second comm channel.

Aaron looked over at the Captain. The last thing they needed was an ensign going rogue and hampering the medical treatment ongoing.
