Henry sat in his office, busy at work. The monitor before him showed a report card of all the Ensigns and above under his care - the Cadets had their own separate evaluation. It was this time of the month that he had the most mixed feelings for. Yes, it was good to give the higher-ups feedback on the crew’s performance, but he had always disliked the dissection of each individual’s work that these logs required.
A long sigh escaped him as he began inputting the first report - always the hardest, given who it was about.

Rodier’s fingers tapped away, trying to get through the report as quickly as possible.

Henry proofread Grayson’s report, hit the submit button with a nod of satisfaction, and continued on to the next officer on his list.
