“No, I like the idea of mixing it up a little bit. Sometimes everyone gets a little to comfortable with their normal groups, it’s nice to keep them on their toes every now and then,” Aaron said with a chuckle.
“I so agree. And you’d think it would get exciting being so close to the comings and going of Earth, but honestly we’re just far enough from Earth that we’re not exactly everyone’s favourite R&R spot,” Alshoi said with a smirk. “It’ll be nice to have some different people around for a bit.”
“And I might have to check out his work myself. I promise not piss him off, too much.”

Alshoi’s ebony eyes twinkled. “You just like living dangerously, don’t you Captain Foley?”
Just then a call came through Foley’s commbadge.

“I’ll sorry for that, but it appears that I’ll have to check in with Doctor Greene later. For now, it appears that I’m needed back on the Challenger,” Aaron said standing up from his chair.
“It’s probably nothing, just getting settled in as a new command team. Perhaps we can get the senior staffs together, and we can show you some of the hospitality of the Challenger.”

Alshoi nodded. “Sounds great,” she said as she rose up as well. “It was nice meeting you Captain. Just let us know when you want to send over some cadets and I’ll make sure we have someone to greet them.”

“Of course. We’ll put together a schedule so I can give every cadet a chance to visit with your team. In the meantime, thank you for opening up your station to my crew.”
With a nod Aaron walked out of her office, and headed back towards the Challenger.
=^= Foley to Rockefeller. Jupiter Station has offered to make some of their team leads available to meet with the Cadets, and show them some of the cutting edge work they are doing here. Put together a rotation that allows all of the cadets a chance to meet with the Jupiter Station crew. And mix up the groups, I want different departments in each group to open up some of their perspectives. =^=

On his way back to the Challenger Aaron changed his mind. Instead of waiting on Cmdr. Rockefeller, he would just go ahead and pull together groups of cadets to go visit Jupiter Station.
Nodding to the security officer standing at the airlock to the Challenger, Aaron stepped through and immediately opened a comm channel to the entire ship.
=^= This is the Captain speaking. We’ve been granted liberty on Jupiter Station. Additionally they have invited are cadets to visit with the resident scientists and engineers here on Jupiter Station to learn more about the cutting edge work that is going on.
=^= First group heading over to Jupiter Station will be led by Lt. Sheridan. Accompanying him will be Cadets Brecker, Mayweather, Haroon and O’Hara. Contact Station Operations to find out which lab is expecting you, though I’ve been told that Dr. Greene’s subspace research is a must see. For everyone else, additional groups will be sent over to the station as we they are able to accommodate them. That is all. =^=

The cadet startled. He was not expecting his communicator. He realized he wouldn’t normally expect his communicator, but it still startled him every time.
He tapped it. =^=Aye, captain.=^= Was his response. He figured he’d go meet Sheridan.
