AJ thought long and hard about this. “Well I suppose the biggest challenge for me will to be come out of my shell, I have never been good at interactions I usually keep myself to myself”.
AJ knew it was probably not the kind of answer wanted but it was the only challenge he could think of.

AJ scratched his glistening bald head, looked up at the Councellor “I really have no idea, I have only known keeping to myself”.
AJ was now in deep thought and was unawares of how to make himself any different to how he had always been.
