A transmission came in from the starbase security. =^= Commander Pyke here, of Starbase internal security. Requesting secure channel. =^=

OOC: Bump .. Gene

=/\= This is Chief Treyarch, request acknowledged… =/\= Cain began to typing on his console to set up the request. =/\= Secure channel received, how can I help you Commander Pyke? =/\=

Pyke came on. He was a man of thin light hair carefully combed, clear blue eyes and features that were sharp and craggy. Treyarch would likely peg him in his 40’s. =^= Lt, greetings. About your upcoming mission. On the surface this is a simple supply and support mission. However you will run into two complications. The first is that the planet in question is … busy. Prospectors, surveyors, science and pleasure craft. They will be something to keep an eye on. However, the most .. difficult thing will be to try to find a mole. The SeaHawk is a R&D vessel as well as its science focus on this world. There have been certain leaks of information that have been identified as having come from the SeaHawk. We presume it is ‘a’ mole. What we have narrowed down is a frequency of the transmission. Starfleet Intelligence has impounded one survey vessel and have been questioning its crew, however there has not been any breakthrough yet. The ‘file’ that was discovered on it was encrypted and self destructed on the attempt to access it. So keep an eye on the ship - and the others around the world. =^=

=/\= Understood sir, do we have any suspect for potentials moles that could be on the vessel? Anyone’s records that stand out?=/\= Cain asked, wondering if there was anyone he should keep an eye on. It was one thing to monitor all traffic and transmissions but if he a few suspect he could have a higher level of scrutiny personally on them as well.

Treyarch, CoS

=^= The transmissions came through data dumps of routine scientific updates and ship logs. That narrows the search to the immediate command crew and science leads. There is one agent that we have in place. Her name is, there anyway, Lt Janne Bond. For any private interview I would suggest asking your CMO to randomly ‘choose’ her as one of the people to do a physical on. She may be able to narrow the field more for you. The command crew have all been vetted due to the nature of the post and have exemplary records. While that doesn’t excuse them, it just makes picking out someone more difficult. =^=

OOC: Bump

=/\= Understood, I will get update reports and let you know what I can find. Is there anything else I should be aware of sir?=/\=

Treyarch, CoS

=^= One of the remaining elements to the SeaHawk is that of a crew transfer. There are 38 crew who are going to be mustered out and replaced. Beyond knowing that they are going there, nobody really knows the other well in this group. If you have anyone spare whom you trust you could ‘add’ a person or two into that for eyes on the ground. If you can’t I understand. However, all of that being said, keep an eye out on those mustering out. Someone in there might be our person and is smuggling things out. =^=
