Liadra had the fortunate and interesting task of handling the transfers. Not only were her organizational skills quite excellent, but as people rotated off and she interacted with them, she could do a very brief ‘eval’ to make sure they were okay. Craxus II presented a very unique sort of environment that drew different kinds of people. What were their experiences like? If people were al-adjusted for such a place, were there commonalities that would show as flags for that might disqualify others for assignment there? It all made her mind dizzy with excitement! That and she was such a social creature that the interactions alone would likely buoy her for days.

There were 28 new crew to be transferred down. By association there were 19 who were going to be returning. Of the 28, three were Vulcan, one a Bolian, two Binars and an Andorian rounded out the batch with the rest human. They ran the gamut of ranking from non commissioned ranks up through to a full Lt. Ages ranged from 22 through to 109, which, of course, was a Vulcan.

Liadra had the computer filter the transfers going down to highlight anyone that had any sort of ‘notes’ on their mental health record that she might want to know to ensure they were up for the change. And similarly, she ran the ran filter on those coming up to the Endeavour so she could prioritize anyone for evals who had had any issues while being stationed on this unique world.

“Anything interesting?” Came a curt voice beside the counselor. Marlene stood to the woman’s side, arms folded across her chest, making no attempts to be discreet about looking over Liadra’s shoulder to see what she was looking at.

Of those going down, there were three that seemed to flag for ‘interesting’ things. The most curious of those was the elder Vulcan who appeared to have compatibility issues with others.

Of those coming up there were four who were flagged. Two were flagged more due to ‘psychological’ issues due to work stresses.

Liadra turned her head and set her grey eyes on Marlene. “Just prepping for the crew transfers and double checking any flagged files. Given the unique environment here and the challenges it presents, the normal evals are super important and it’s also a good opportunity to gather critical information that will help develop further physical and mental health programs for stationed crew.”

The two other ‘outgoing’ potential problem childs were, along with Saido, the Vulcan, was an Ensign Susan Weedmore, and a Crewman Kot, a Bolian. The issues presented on the precis was that Saido was ‘too honest’, Susan painfully shy, and Kot, one who simply kept talking - and who had a nervous, if mild, penchant for claustrophobia.

Marlene looked at the display and frowned. “Well I’ll make sure there’s a small dose of sedative for this one,” she said pointing towards Kot’s name and notation.
