Liadra turned her head and set her grey eyes on Marlene. “Just prepping for the crew transfers and double checking any flagged files. Given the unique environment here and the challenges it presents, the normal evals are super important and it’s also a good opportunity to gather critical information that will help develop further physical and mental health programs for stationed crew.”

The two other ‘outgoing’ potential problem childs were, along with Saido, the Vulcan, was an Ensign Susan Weedmore, and a Crewman Kot, a Bolian. The issues presented on the precis was that Saido was ‘too honest’, Susan painfully shy, and Kot, one who simply kept talking - and who had a nervous, if mild, penchant for claustrophobia.
- WookieeMarlene looked at the display and frowned. “Well I’ll make sure there’s a small dose of sedative for this one,” she said pointing towards Kot’s name and notation.

“Possibly, yes. Do we have a liaison for crew health matters down there?” Liadra asked. “It would be good to make sure that once the transfers are complete, we can do more than drop a few notes in their files. I’ll have to do quick transfer interviews.”
“I have one of my best cadets going down with the away team to perform some exams,” Marlene said.
The Denobulan then pointed to those coming up. We’ve got four flags. Two I definitely will handle predominantly and the other two your team can handle first I think. Work stress can be alleviated by change in routine and environment. But let me know if anything pops up during the physicals that warrants a consult.”

“Excuse me,” Marlene said to Liadra, then hitting the comm badge she gave her reply. =/\= Take the devices that have been provided and join the away team and do some examinations and prepare a full briefing for me upon your return. Judas out. =/\=
“I’ll head to Sickbay and examine the crew once they board,” Marlene said to Liadra. “If you need me, you know where to find me.” She gave the Counselor a wink and then made her leave.
