K’Resh grunted as she unfolded herself from the heap she had landed in, muttering a curse in Klingon as she did. Taking a quick look at the plasma leak she noticed it was spewing more than before. =/\= We need to get out of here, now! =/\= she urged as she wasn’t keen to be blown apart.

“Thats why we’re here, captain, let’s get you off this rock,” Paron replied, resetting the pattern enhancers and getting ready to get the crews back to the Endeavor. The condition of the ship made it difficult so Paron stood on the inside and held one in place. “Cadet, Lieutenant, grab the other enhancers and make sure they are secure for transport. Doctor, get this guy ready for evac directly to sickbay on the Endeavor” he said to the rest of the away team. Paron knew he didn’t have long before the ship would fall apart and they would be stuck here for longer than they would like.

Buckingham hurriedly prepared the patient for Transport. He did his best to ensure that the patient would be in the least discomfort during the transport cycle through the application of medicament.
Tom’s appraisal of the situation was only a brief one as he was aware that time was becoming ever tighter. As far as he could tell everything was O.K.

The patient with the broken leg lurched to one side suddenly and hugged the rock that he had earlier been sitting guard over. “It .. goes with me,” he said, clinging to it as a child might a doll, albeit in this case a large doll.

Kai moved as fluidly as possible, managing the EVA suit as his bests. When he reached the enhancers, Oliver took it and resettled its position, pressing the button to turn it on. In the other hand the Cadet gave a look to K’Resh looking out for any sign of struggle.

He hoped to leave the ship as soon they could as the environment was not inspiring.

K’Resh nodded as she set up the last enhancer. =/\= Ready to transport, sooner rather than later would be better. =/\= she added with a sense of urgency.

There was a call in from the transporter room. =^= I have a lock. It’s shaky but I have a lock. First transports away =^=

As half of the team accompanied by two of the crew were transported out there was a lurch and a crack as the spine of the asteroid began to give way; the ship’s hull warped and twisted as it was on the fault line. Crane and another of the crew was left while Kai and Torias remained on the shuttle awaiting the second transport.

It was all Kai could do to keep the enhancers upright and himself as well in the turbulent ride that was that of a disintegrating asteroid of ice and stone. As gravity took its toll, or the lack thereof everything started to lift … and those left with it … and the shell of the vessel splintering and splitting around them …

As Paron felt the gravity going, he hoped that the team would transport the rest of them in time as he watched the first group of the team dematerialize. As the first transport finished, the cracking of the ship meant he knew they only had seconds left. =/\=OK, get the rest of us out of here=/\= Paron replied

They felt the familiar tug of the transporter effect … moments later they were aboard ..

As the blue light of the transporters surrounded them, Paron felt relieved when he was back on the Endeavour, and he made his way to the Sickbay to deal with the inevitable.

=/\=Paron to Captain Rixan, the crews of both ships are now aboard the ship, I’ll try and keep them from coming to blows. We may have a diplomatic incident on our hands, ma’am=/\= he said after tapping his commbadge, and stepped into the turbolift

When the transporter beamed Kai aboard the pad into safety, it wasn’t that weird for him already being teleported between places for the third time. He left a sigh of relief and when he was certain that the room in front of him was indeed the transporter he greeted the operator behind the console and prayed who knows what god for being alive.

Took off the helmet was the moment to get off the pad too and immediately commented by himself: “A hell of first away mission, Kai. A hell.”
Just after that he would leave the room and wear off the EVA suit to move better and grab the tricorder fulfilled of datas.
=^= Mr. Kanto, this is Kingstone. I’ll come to Lab 1 for the report of the mission and information retrieval. =^= advised his superior through the commbadge.
With a moderate pace he would take the turbolift and head to the Lab, still trembling for his recent adventure.

As he headed to the Lab, Kai would get a response on his comm badge. =^=Affirmative, Cadet. Begin compiling your report, and as soon as the situation has been cleared here on the bridge, I will meet you there. Kanto out.=^=
