Ferl’laks bio:
Ferl’Lak is a member of and in charge of the Ferengi Congress of Econimoc Advisors. That makes him second in command and if something “unfortunate” should happen to the Grand Nagus, then Ferl’Lak would be the new one. He is a genius with numbers and can calculate like a super computer math in his head. He is not one to take for granted and never should your back be turned to him in a meeting. He rarely hears the word no and surprisingly does some things different than a typical Ferengi, which work for him considering his position in the Alliance.

Zerbo’s bio:
Zerbo is a Daimon or a Federation equalivent to a Captain. He is Ferl’Laks second man and right-hand man. He is very loyal to him and have ever since childhood. If anyone can or could be called a true friend, it would be this guy.

Hoka’s Bio:
Hoka is a Daimon as well and unlike Zerbo is not Ferl’Laks friend. Hoka is along and part of the entourage on orders of the Grand Nagus. The Grand Nagus is keeping tabs on Ferl‘lak via Hoka and Ferl’Lak tolerates Hoka…..for the moment.

OED V has a supper tall mega structure of 100 stories that is called the New Tower of Commerce. It is headed by Ferl’lak and two of his assistants.

They are there to establish new trade in that sector and to monopolize……er……supervise other people’s business and help them with loans and advice if need or not.
