Education: Megan's parents were Starfleet officer's who were assigned a non-family ship when she was five. They enrolled her and Duncan into the Duke of Yorks Royal Military School, an old-fashioned educational institution with a history of centuries. While some might not have approved of this action by their parents, the Rhodes family had educated their children there for generations due to its academic excellence. Whether or not their parents were Starfleet officers, the Rhodes siblings would have attended school there regardless.

Family

Parents: George and Alice Rhodes have been married for thirty-five years. Both parents came from well-to-do English families with an Aristocratic pedigree. Their home was large and the children have many fond memories of spending holidays with their parents swimming in the small lake and riding horses on the grounds.

Siblings: Megan is the youngest of two siblings. She has a brother, Duncan, that is the CSO on Outpost 42 and an older sister Bronwyn. While the family is close, Megan has an extremely strong attachment to her brother Duncan since her parents were gone for large portions of the year. Duncan has filled the role of a friend, brother, and sometimes surrogate father in her life. Megan has a strong desire to make Duncan proud of her skills; however, she still is his younger sister and tends to make him crazier the older she gets. Although titles such as Lord and Lady no longer matter in the Federation, the Rhodes has taken particular delight in using the titles to get under each other's skin. It did not take Megan long to realize that women found her brother attractive so she fondly began calling him Lord Ladies Man in jest. Being three years young at the time she developed the nickname for Duncan, he began calling her Lady Catastrophe for her inability to sit still or act like a Lady during more formal occasions.

1. Cello - Megan is an accomplished cellist. She won the EUROPEAN YOUNG CONCERT ARTISTS’ INTERNATIONAL AUDITIONS for several years only being beaten by her brother Ducan.
