Full Name:  Thoon Furood
Year of Birth: 2367
Place of Birth: Ardanna City, Oolass
PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS: Thoon has bronze-brown skin with a visibly lighter swathe across his throat and chest. His eyes are golden-yellow with horizontal pupils that bisect the entire eye. He’s tall for an Ool, with a muscular build.

BACKGROUND: Thoon grew up on Oolass in Ardanna City, a large urban center comparable to cities like Paris or New York on Earth. He had a fairly typical life, enjoying the advantages of growing up in one of the most cosmopolitan of Oolass’s cities and one that hosted a Federation Outpost. He was fascinated with the Federation, alien species, space exploration, it was all so enthralling. He threw himself into his studies and fitness and did very well. He became an excellent wrestler and a fine student. With his Tenders’ help he got all of the correct endorsements and recommendations and was accepted into Starfleet Academy. After the academy he was assigned to the security division and placed on the USS Pangborn under Captain Fairuza Sharma. She was a Nova class science vessel where he served for 4 years. During its final mission, the Pangborn’s warp engine developed an irreparable fault and the decision was made to mothball her. Thoon is hoping to serve on one of the larger ships now, maybe even work towards a command of his own one day…

UPDATE Thoon was transferred to the Ark Angel under Captain Drudoc Androne along with several other of the Pangborn crew. He was then transferred to the Asimov following a promotion to Lieutenant to act as CoS.
