Physical Description: 5‘6”, 120 lbs, Auburn hair worn loose and falling just past her shoulders. Eyes are grey, with a definite black line surrounding the iris, fair skinned.

Starfleet Record: Bray graduated the Academy seven years ago with degrees in Counselling, Medicine and Exobiology. The Belorian species is highly telepathic, the females even more so than the males. Bray was used for missions that put her into contact with new life forms because of her ability to communicate via thought and emotion with almost any being she met. However, this has changed.

Personal History: Telana had a normal childhood on Belori, learning and being schooled in the ways of her people. At a young age, she showed a high aptitude achieved great success with her empathic and telepathic attempts to the point it was necessary for her to have specially made gloves, so that when she touched someone their ‘energies’ were blocked. She also was able through training to project a personal dampening field around herself in order to block the stray thoughts of those around her and to only seek out individual information when ordered to. Bray fell in love with a male named Samuel Teal, a Pelarian, who also worked for Starfleet as an undercover operative. The last mission Teal was on, he was seriously injured and his identity became public knowledge through a slip in security. The last time Bray saw him, he was headed into surgery so the Doctors could repair the damage, but also so that a plastic surgeon could change his appearance, protecting him from those that would kill him for his actions on Starfleet’s behalf. When Telana was told she could not see Teal again, she left the hospital and built a mental/psychological barrier around herself, blocking ALL input from others. She has not seen Samuel in four years and still feels pain at the loss of him, knowing he is alive somewhere, but out of her life. The barrier she raised around herself remains intact as she refuses to be hurt like that again, therefore, she cannot let anyone else too close. It is believed that Bray could revive her talents for telepathy and empathy with very little practice.
