Curriculum Vitae
Till she was 16 years old Viyara lived in a bustling city by the name Tavala on the Federation colony Sohiri. In the three years after leaving home, she lived in various places in different parts within Federation space. Never staying anywhere long. Always looking for something new. That longing to see as much of the galaxy as possible coupled with not only her love, but talent for science (and some pushing of a love interest) made her eventually apply for Starfleet Academy. Though despite the promise she showed as a scientist, she wasn’t accepted at first. Her fickle and non-committal past and demeanour spoke against her. So it was only with some effort and a certain amount of commitment that she managed to convince the instructors otherwise when she applied again. For the first two years she managed to stay put in San Francisco, but eventually transferred to the Starfleet Academy on Beta Aquilae II.
