Birthplace: Atholla, Elas.

Physical Traits
Like most Elasians Ellas beauty is flattering. With beautiful long straight flowing hair, which left untamed from its usual french plait sits easily below her shoulders. Her features are mostly dainty with red plump lips and close set pricing jade eyes set upon a diamond shaped face with rose gold skin and always surrounded with a dark eye shadow. She also has a piercing on her cupids bow and nose. And will always be found wearing her families Elasian Circlet which is of a quartz like crystal which can only be found in in the province in which she lives in Elas and represents her home and the Female ability to create biochemical Elasian Tears. Her overall body shape is athletic and lean which sports no obvious signs of skin imperfections or tattoos. She is as natural beauty as natural can be. She doesn’t have any need for mascara or lipstick.

Personality
Ella has grown up and out of her young Niave and Elasian matriarchal heritage until the academy all she has known was the ways of her people and her clan. In her earlier year in service most people would have describe her as savage, rude and arrogant especially during times of particular discomfort however she has and still is learning to suppress her Elasian upbringing. That being said she is still a proud and considered noble Elasian. Now she still carried that same sense of pride but with dignity and restraint, she has matured beyond what a usual Elasian would and have integrated well in the Starfleet. She struggles at time with making personal connections and human emotions but strives to be a better communicator and integrate herself within the crew refining her social skills.

She is also a driven and well-motivated individual with ‘out the box’ thinking, she enjoys a challenge especially if its physical but has the intellect to compete both physically and mentally as she has always had to do being Elasian. While there was a time where she may not be called completely professional she takes her career in the federation very seriously and is willing to live and let learn to better herself as an individual and for the greater good of her crew, she has surpassed many of the initial speculations and expectation and has shown herself to be a more than a capable security officer however Ella decided to choose her own path away from violence and in doing so chose the route of science. She’d always had an interest but her expectations meant she couldn’t curve the curiosity until joining starfleet

Hobbies and Interests
Ella has a number of interests and hobbies which include Painting and drawing which she grew to like at an early stage of her childhood, during her academy years she found that time was precious and took up photography to curve her artistic nature. She now keeps an album and uses an old Polaroid Camera. Physically Ella enjoys most sports and adventurous activities but she most enjoys Swimming, water polo and a variation of ballet which is native to Elas.

Ambitions
It is Ella professional ambition to surpass her own heritage and become a valued member of a starship, long term Ella drams of being a Starfleet Captain. Her personal ambition is to surround herself with close friends that she trusts and knows trust her, she knows this will be difficult and is every day learning to better her social skills.

Orientation
Ella hasn’t found anything to contradict that she is not heterosexual, but she has also not found anything to reaffirm that. She doesn’t think love or romance in the same way as a human might as most Elasian have polyandry relationships.

Background and History
Ella Lokaa of Atholla came into the world far removed from the bustling cities of Elas, born in the intimate settlement of Atholla, where her father held the esteemed position of chieftain. With just a few hundred inhabitants, Atholla fostered a close-knit and communal atmosphere. From a tender age, Ella displayed talents that surpassed mere combat prowess, as her fascination with the stars and the boundless expanse of space grew. This passion ignited during the tumultuous era following the conflict between the Federation and the Klingons, which spurred advancements in spacefaring technology. Despite the absence of a dedicated Elasian space fleet capable of rivaling Starfleet, some among them embraced the call to venture beyond their world’s confines, giving birth to the unique settlement of Atholla, Ella’s cherished home.

Growing up as a female Elasian posed its own set of challenges. Until they proved their mettle in multiple trials of combat, young girls were often deemed inferior. Ella, however, defied such limitations, accomplishing these trials by the age of fourteen, albeit not without struggle. It wasn’t until around sixteen that her interest in Starfleet blossomed. With unwavering determination, she honed her physical and mental faculties in preparation for the academy.

Her journey to the academy in 2392 marked a pivotal moment in Ella’s life. Suddenly immersed in a culture vastly distinct from her own, she confronted the stark reality that her upbringing had not fully prepared her for the social intricacies of Starfleet life. Gone were the accolades tied to her familial lineage; instead, she grappled with initial perceptions of arrogance and barbarism. Despite numerous clashes and misunderstandings, under the guidance of her mentors, Ella gradually learned to navigate these challenges. By the time she completed her academy training, she emerged in the upper echelons of her class, earning the rank of Ensign and specializing as a Natural Science Officer.

Her tenure aboard the USS Saratoga, a Pendragon Class Starship, proved transformative. Despite initial setbacks, Ella’s potential shone brightly, particularly under the mentorship of Lieutenant Commander Brax, the ship’s chief of science. Through dedication and perseverance, she not only expanded her scientific acumen but also refined her social skills.
