HISTORY:
Michelle was raised as an only child. Her father had always wanted a son, and gave her the nickname of Micah, which was to be the name of the child had she been a male. Her father was an Engineer, working at a food processing facility. Her mother was a member of Starfleet medical and often took short trips to nearby worlds when needed. Her mother was half Betazoid and was fully empathic. Michelle only inherited a faint empathic ability. There are times when Michelle can sense a general sense of emotion coming from someone else, typically when the emotions are running high, or when she has formed a more intimate personal relationship with that person. When Michelle was 17 years old, her mother was killed in a shuttle crash on her return from the Lunar colonies. It was then that Michelle decided that she would join Starfleet.

PERSONALITY: Michelle is extremely independent and driven. Some might say she comes across as cold or harsh. She is devoted to Starfleet and any position she is given. Strives to be the best at everything she does. Turns heads when she enters a room, either due to her natural beauty or her commanding presence, or both.
