Character Biography

Soval is of atypically tall and wiry Vulcan build, with an olive complexion tending to darker pigmentation. Corse Black hair with a high forehead cut in a typically consrervitive manner accentuates his almond shaped hazel eyes. His weathered face and graying hair betray him as to being of the late middle years.
Born on Vulcan of Sevik and T’Pana.
Completing his classical Vulcan training at 35 (2275), he applied to and was excepted buy the vulcan science ministry and subsiquently assigned to the operations devision of their exploratory fleet.
After his mother’s death Soval crossed deck, and joining Starfleet at age 75 (2315). Due to the glass ceiling of the early fleet his advancement was typically slow, seeing postings in Operations, Security and Engineering in the decades that fallowed.
Much of that service was seen along the neutral zone aboard listening posts and patrol vessels until late in the Dominion conflict when he was assigned Liaison Officer aboard a Romulan Flagship.
Medically retired after the war (2379). Soval returned as consultant and administrator with the Federation Romulan relief efforts.
Recalled to the main fleet in just the last few weeks (2396).
