Character Biography

Appearance:
Gazak is moderately built, and a couple inches taller than usual. As a security officer he keeps good conditioning and strength, but would never be mistaken for a bodybuilder. Gazak sports short brown hair, the black eyes usually seen on Betazoids, and a pervasive but well kept beard on his cheeks.

Personality Traits:
Gazak, like many green Starfleet officers, is overwhelming influenced by feelings of confidence and curiosity. Gazak wishes to explore the galaxy to answer questions of cultural norms, why criminals and abberants fight against them, and how people can be protected from such actions. Gazak is headstrong, eager to meet the challenges of space travel, and doesn’t understand the experience of being humbled by the galaxy.

Hobbies and Interests:
While Gazak’s passions are for detective novels and models of ancient projectile weaponry, he was also trained by his parents in entertainment and occasionally activities such as singing, acting, and playing the violin.

History:
2375: Gazak is born to Lorraine and Yorek Levord, a couple who both work in the holo entertainment industry.
2382: Gazak’s father Yorek, wishing him to follow in his footsteps, introduces him to the arts of holofilm and the history of entertainment across federation cultures.
2389: Gazak, through his arts education, learns of and becomes entranced in Noir, and other detective work.
2390: Gazak, in spite of his parent’s disapproval, becomes convinced he will have a career investigating the criminal element across the galaxy.
2392: Gazak leaves home to join Starfleet academy at seventeen.
2394: Gazak formally enters the Security track at Starfleet Academy, majoring in Investigative Forensics and minoring in Criminal Psychology.
2396: Gazak graduates from Starfleet academy with the rank of Ensign, and is assigned to the U.S.S. Chimera
