Character Biography

A native of Delta IV, Anaya was born with the beauty, grace, and intelligence that are the hallmarks of the Deltan race. In addition, like many Deltans she quickly developed formidable mental powers, becoming both a powerful telepath and also showing limited precognitive and retrocognitive abilities.

After a period of study at the prestigious Deltan Institute of Mental Sciences, Anaya rejected an offer of a tenured position to instead pursue a career in Star Fleet. She felt that rather than continued study of her own inner-space and potentiality, she should instead seek to further her knowledge and experiences of the universe as a whole, as well as studying and learning from the myriad beings that reside there. Where better to study the behaviour and mental capabilities of others than the high pressure environment of a star fleet vessel?

Like all Deltans that serve in Star Fleet, Anaya is well aware of the effect her appearance and sexual presence has on others and has sworn the oath of celibacy required to maintain the safety of others.

Anaya is of average height, but appears taller due to her graceful carriage and posture. She has light olive coloured skin, dark eyes, and the hairless appearance common to her people.
