Position: Engineer aboard USS Challenger
Weight: 227 lb.
Connor is broad-shouldered and has a large build that has been toned from years of physical labor and machine maintenance. Many Starfleet cadets and officers would remark that he looks more like a security officer than an engineer. He has brown hair that is shaved on the sides, and just short enough on the top to be within regulation. His hands are calloused and there is a 7 inch score running up his forearm from the wrist. His eyes are a pale blue that help soften what would other-wise be an intimidating demeanor.
Connor has been described as a gentle giant. Though not very sociable, he does make an effort to connect, especially with those who seem to be different or not fit in. His loyalty to his friends and comrades is absolute, though he refuses to watch anyone abuse their power or bully other regardless of who they are. Connor’s kindness is only matched by his perseverance. Always looking to find some new challenge to overcome, and laments having to give up on something he’s started. He finds inspiration in his duty to Starfleet and aspires to lead a career that ends up improving lives.
Taking apart and putting together machines, playing 3-D Chess, watching any sports
Enrolled in Starfleet Academy 2393
Major in Engineering (Focus in Probability Mechanics and Transporter Theory)
Extracurriculars included Track and Field (Shotput) and Xenolinguistics
Connor was born in rural Oregon. His parents both worked long hours, so he spent most of his early childhood with his grandfather at his mechanic shop. In passing his grandfather would teach him about machine maintenance which would lead to him developing an interest in engineering later in life. For most of his life, Connor was unaware of his fathers true source of income, but as he grew older and began to notice more he had begun to realize that his father had been involved in criminal activities. As time went on this would lead to many fights, and his fathers eventual disappearance for several years. When he finally returned he was desperate and in need of money. After refusing to leave Connor got into a physical altercation with his father and called the authorities. After that Connor began to worry that someday he may end up like his father. To combat this he enrolled in Starfleet, believing that a career of military service would keep him honest and on the straight and narrow, and after less than a year realized he had found his life’s calling.
