Bubbles is a very attractive human female who takes great pains to dress provocatively… while simultaneously carrying a truly astonishing number of blades and other small weapons. Her hair color shifts almost daily, and she has a penchant for tattoos and piercings.

Racheal “Bubbles” Mathis is the former lead singer of the Federation-renowned, all-female punk rock band ‘Unsolicited Cl#t Pic’. During the band’s last tour, an Orion slaver tried to intercept their ship and capture the band for ransom or sale. The resulting brawl when the ship was boarded led to several severe injuries, two accidental air-lock ejections, and one marriage.

As the band took a hiatus, Bubbles found herself without direction and needing a place to stay away from a certain love-struck (and now one-eyed) Orion suitor. Reaching out to her friend and pseudo-idol Big Mike McKenzie for help, Mike arraigned with the Captain of a certain star ship to bring Bubbles on board and let her run his bar while he ran off to god knows where to do god knows what.
