Character Biography

Joe is a native of Chicago, Il. He’s mostly Irish and is often given to the telling of tall tales and a love of hard drink. The result of which is people often not being able to tell which of his stories are just fantastic and which ones are mythology! Oh, and he has a temper.
His academy days were nearly normal until his last year. He was caught in a compromising situation with one of his instructors’ daughters. After that making it to his graduation was nearly impossible.

Joe often has such problems. Whether it’s drinking womanizing or fighting he seems to be either self-destructive or vastly misunderstood. Either way now that he has been made the XO on the Merrimack, he fully intends to change his ways! Maybe.
