General Appearance: He is tall and skinny, his bone structure taking cues from his Vulcan heritage. He has a rather Vulcan face, saving for his skin being blue. His ears are pointed, like Vulcans, but he has Andorian antennae. Besides his pointed ears, he could likely pass for fully Andorian.

Siarram has strong emotions, leaning towards the paranoia and anger known to Vulcans. He experiences all of his emotions quite strongly, making a very passionate and opinionated person, disagreeable to some. He finds peace in machinery, making things work.

Background
Siarram’s parents were crew of a cargo ship. He grew up surrounded by people of all types, taught of both Andorian and Vulcan customs. He was also taught about human customs, though not as well. He spent his entire childhood doing cargo runs, taught by data disks and computers. He spent much of his free time learning about ships and drives and how to fix them, as well as making his own spare parts inventions. When he turned 18, he was accepted to Starfleet academy and returned to Earth for his education. Academy was a major adjustment for him, not fitting in with Andorian classmates, nor Vulcan ones. He found his place during his second year, just after he set his track into engineering.

Medical Details:
Siarram’s biology is a combination of both sides of his lineage. He has Andorian skin coloration, cobalt based blood, but Vulcan anatomical locations, with the larger Vulcan lungs and heart, and Vulcan heart positioning, under the right lung. His circulatory takes cues from both sides, being a bit more defined than Andorians’ circulatory systems typically are, but still has the osmotic properties of the Andorian physiology. Intramuscular medication should still be used, intravenous will fail, as with Andorians. He also inherited the Andorian vulnerability to Phaser strikes. However, he has highly efficient lungs and veins, making him slow to tire. His bones are of Andorian make, making them light and sturdy, but when they break, they shatter. He has Andorian senses, using his antennae. He has Vulcan limited telepathy. (So if he were taught he’d be able to mind meld). Blood is Andorian cobalt based with Vulcan factors. Transfusions should be done with Andorian blood of a similar type, but will make him sick.

Siarram uses a combination of tactics to manage his passionate and deep emotions. Andorians are passionate, temperamental creatures with a strong sense of loyalty and injustice. Hand-to-hand practice or martial arts handle emotions like these. Vulcan meditation brings less stimulation emotions like happiness or sadness into check.
