Background
Ages 0 – 10
Athinias was born on Andoria, to an Andorian mother and a human father. His father was never part of the picture so his mother tried to hide his heritage as a half-breed. But secrets never stay secret for long, and by the time Athinias was eight, it made its way out, and he was bullied because of it. He grew to hate his human side, if only he were fully Andorian, then at least somewhere would he be accepted.

Ages 11 – 20
In his late teen years Athinias joined the resistance, but again because he was half human, he was distrusted by others within the resistance. He was a member for two years before this distrust led to an incident in which half his team was killed, and he was thrown out, said they could find non-human members to take his place. They didn’t need an untrustworthy halfbreed like him.

Ages 21 – Present
With nowhere else to go, Athinias had no choice but to switch and embrace his human side, joining the humans. His Andorian looks got him nothing but trouble. Though he is half-human, his looks and much of his biology is Andorian, and in this mirror verse, that means he won’t be fully accepted.
