Eleven of Eleven, or “GLaDOS” as she prefers, is a tall, slender humanoid. Her skin is the mottled grey known to be so common among Borg, although this may also be natural to her species. One eye is missing, and her natural eye is dark, greyish-purple. She retains several of her Borg implants. Her left eye is mechanical and views a spectrum not unlike the spectrum Geordi can see. The eye itself has a mechanical iris that is made of a green-tinted metal, behind which is a cavity with a lens leading to a plethora of sensors on the backside. It often glows reddish-orange, especially in the dark.
She has several internal implants remaining, and some external implants. There is one emerging from her forehead above her left eye, one covering her right cheek, one on her left jaw, and one on her right arm and hand (like Seven’s thing on her hand). Parts of her chest and abdomen have been replaced by implants, and were unable to be repaired naturally because of her unique physiology. Her left leg is a Starfleet Prosthetic, made after her old Borg leg started malfunctioning. Her natural leg stops about halfway down the thigh. Her right arm is mostly Borg tech surrounding the core bone structure of her original arm. Her natural flesh goes down nearly to the elbow, and she has partial natural anatomy all the way to the wrist, under layers of Borg tech.
She has no vocal cords because they were ripped out by a particularly violent creature she fought while still a Borg. Although the nanoprobes were able to prevent her death, they were unable to repair the vocal cords. She was given a vocal synthesizer. Because of the synthetic vocalizer, her voice sounds somewhat unnatural, with inflection and syllable emphasis rarely coming out properly, making her sound uncannily like her namesake.
In addition to all of this, GLaDOS has a messy mane of grey-brown hair, which is a few inches long. She is strangely proud of this mop of hair. Instead of the usual Starfleet uniform, GLaDOS wears a grey jumpsuit made of a special material. This material provides support for certain implants which need a controlled environment to function at maximum efficiency.

History:
GLaDOS’s early life history is unknown. All she has ever known is the collective. What has been surmised is that she was assimilated as an infant or a very young child, and grew up in the Borg Maturation Chambers. It is known that her date of birth was within the year labeled by humanity as 2361, but she has no other information about her origins. She served as a Borg Drone for a number of years, up until Stardate 60928.76, in Earth year 2383.
The circumstances surrounding her severance from the collective are unclear, but she has recounted memories of a mariachi band, a man who called himself “Q,” and a lot of flashes of light.
Her next subsequent memory is waking up in a containment facility on Starbase [REDACTED] with many of her implants removed and her connection to the collective lost. Apparently, she had shown up on the command deck of the Starbase with a sticky note attached to her head, reading; ‘For you. Don’t worry, I’ve disconnected her from the collective. My best regards, Q.’ After proving that her arrival was not of her own accord and that she offered more in service of the Federation than she threatened it, she was allowed to serve as an assistant researcher.
Commander Natalie Curros, later Admiral Curros, was the head researcher aboard the Starbase at that time, and she formed somewhat of a close bond with the ex-Borg, able to see much potential for greatness in the woman. Eleven of Eleven got the nickname GLaDOS because of a combination of her voice sound and the orange light in her eye. She was ‘raised’ aboard Starbase [REDACTED], and the crew of her Research team became a pseudo-family to her, growing very attached to their ex-Borg friend. It took some convincing, but she was approved for Starfleet training and spent three years on a much less classified Starbase in order to train within communications range of Starfleet Academy, but out of the way where she wouldn’t bother the regular Cadets. Her major studies were in cybernetics, exobiology, and xenolinguistics.
She soon returned to Starbase [REDACTED] and acted as a Novel Researcher, slowly moving up the ranks to that of a Senior Researcher.
In 2394, GLaDOS was transferred to USS Viking on a covert mission to find and contain an anomaly that was thought to be on that ship. She spent a year on the Viking, and eventually returned with the anomaly to Starbase [REDACTED]. During her time on the Viking, a chance encounter with an alternate universe led to the retrieval of information regarding the natural biology of her species, allowing GLaDOS to begin work on restoring her body to its natural state. (Her right arm used to be totally borg tech, but now she has reduced the Borg portions of her arm by half and replaced that with flesh). Returning to the Starbase, GLaDOS continued her work and eventually rose in rank to Research Coordinator. As part of that, she requested and received a few crewmembers as transfers from Viking to the Starbase, and eventually to follow her to the Levi.
In 2396, she was added to the ARU Initiative Council and placed aboard USS Leviathan as CSO.

Medical History:
GLaDOS’ former species before assimilation is an unknown Delta Quadrant Species, so it is difficult to gain a medical prognosis on her. Her biological systems do work very similarly to humans though, so it’s not too bad. It is unknown if her grey skin is natural to her species, or just a remnant of her life as a drone.
She has no natural voice box, it having been… lost. She needs very little in the way of ‘normal’ medical attention, as her existing nanoprobes repair physical damage done to her, but she does require regular checks of her nanoprobe levels and implant health. She has had cybernetic enhancements done to her brain by the nanoprobes, and thus is able to compute and examine things at a rate faster than the ordinary human rate.
GLaDOS is slowly taking off the Implants on her arm and replacing them with biomass, but it is a slow process.
Her bionic eye is fully integrated into her brain, and is able to sense visual data on a wide spectrum, equivalent to the spectrum viewed by users of VISORs. She is able to choose to view her surroundings through her biological eye, or through her bionic one.
