Appearance: Thin and tall with dark brown skin and even deeper brown eyes. He has shoulder length black dreadlocks and small scar through his left eye brow. He walks
with a slight limp due to a right hip injury and has deep scars down that leg also from the injury.

General Overview

Milan was born on the island of Madagascar to father Lanel, a political scientist, and mother Misigana, a hotel operator. A bookish child from the start with a strong introvert streak he has a natural tendency to solitude. He had a natural attraction to animals and biology during his early education which grew into a career in medicine. His training allowed him to travel and see parts of the world he would otherwise never have visited. It also brought him to the Lunar colony for a fellowship in trauma surgery, where he was first exposed to the inner workings of Starfleet. It was also the site of his closest brush with death after suffering a serious injury while climbing Olympus Mons with a group of friends. The injury, and the prolonged recovery period afterwards, caused a change in his plans for the future. Once he was well again, Milan decided to join Starfleet and explore the galaxy.
