Character Biography

Born in the year 2338 on the planet Vulcan in the city of ShiKhar. In Sovrk’s early life was spent like most Vulcans. He didn’t really see much of his father. During his time at the Vulcan Learning Center he showed great aptitude for biological and molecular sciences. He grew up only seeing his father once every few years when he took leave from his research. His mother taught him even outside of the learning center. Though through his childhood he also seemed to struggle more than the average Vulcan in being able to suppress his emotions. This led to some trouble despite his gifted status. With some extra guidance he reigned them in, but it became a major struggle. In his adulthood he finished learning at the Vulcan Science Institute. At that time he was offered a position as an instructor. Accepting the appointment he became an instructor and teacher for a number of years. One day his father returned on leave to Vulcan. Having conversations, his father convinced him to leave the institute and help expand his own understanding and to find new discoveries. He sought different experiences while making new discoveries, so he turned to Starfleet. Using his contacts, he was put into contact with an Admiral in Starfleet. After discussing options Sovrk enlisted in the academy under the understanding that once he graduated he would be assigned to a research vessel. So he spent his time in the academy with relative ease. Having performed with academic excellence during his time at the academy, he was quickly sent to the USS Malkarov for his training tour. It didn't take him long before he graduated from the Academy. Being assigned to the USS Flakkari he spent a year there on an exploration vessel. He then got a notice that he was recommended to join the USS Manhattan. He soon got the orders to join the USS Manhattan

Appearance
Sovrk has short obsidian black hair long enough to cover the top, back and sides of the head normally, As far as looks go, Sovrk is about as average as any other Vulcan, though despite that the man seems to have taken to growing a short beard. He has a coppery mocha tan skin. His eyes are a deep dark chocolate brown, at a small distance his eye color could be mistaken for black. He has an average build, being taller, and slender. If anyone were to see him without a shirt, one would be able to see a series of scars that cover his back, each one thick and old, but pronounced as it was clear from the difference in pigmentation of the skin. The scars themselves were paler than his original skin tone, making each one of the dozen or two show easily, even as they run together.
