Character Biography

Born in ShiKar, Vulcan in the year 2257.Growing up Saelk had a childhood which was akin to most Vulcans. He spent his childhood studying like any other Vulcan, though a bit more lavish due to his parents positions. During the last years of study he showed an aptitude for chemical sciences. Though his aptitude was not sufficient enough to be accepted to the Vulcan Science Institute. Given that he was not able to join the Institute, he took to learning what his father was doing within the Vulcan High Council. A few years passed with him being an aide to one of the councilors. It was soon that when the USS Merrimack had lost the person who served as their chief science officer. His father recommended him and he was assigned, and joined the US Merrimack in 2302.

Saelk is a stout and proud looking Vulcan male. He has short dark brown hair, that matches his equally dark brown eyes. His olive complexion easily affords him the protection that is required to survive on Vulcan.
