Character Biography

General Description:
Born on May 23rd, 2369, T’Rea had a decent upbringing. Her early childhood was spent poking and prodding at different things in the wild, which she got into trouble for numerous times. She was always fascinated by nature, and was usually found outside. Her family held Sarek’s values to a letter, which led to some strife between her and her family, who never understood her passion. She begged them to go on trips to different sites showcasing the nature of both Vulcan and other planets, but because of her emotions her parents never let her go. This was in contrast to her brother, who upheld logic better than she did and they let him have his trips. As a result, she grew bitter towards both her parents and Sarek’s teachings. She did, however, have the discipline of one trained in those teachings.

She has since renounced them and is now living with her emotions, choosing to control rather than subdue them.

When she turned 18, she decided to join Starfleet. A major reason for this was that it was a mainly human organization, and as such she could learn from them what emotions were supposed to look like. She joined the academy as a science major in 2387. It was there that she really allowed her passion for nature, as well as her renunciation of Sarek’s teachings to ensue.

In 2399 she was assigned to the USS Chimera as chief science officer. She was ecstatic upon receiving the orders, and her shipmates at the time threw a party for her. Then she boarded the shuttle and set course for the Chimera’s position.
Physical Description:
T’Rea stands 5‘11”, weighs 193 lbs and is 30 years old, quite young for a Vulcan. She has tan skin, short brown hair, short pointed ears and black eyes.

April 2391-May 2399: Served on various ships, quickly advancing on her career track
September 2387-April 2391: Time in the academy
May 2369-September 2387: Time in her parents home
