______________________________________ PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

Hair - Short; Dark Brown, light flecks of salt n pepper beginning to show.

Eye color - Dark Brown.

Body Features - For a man in his late 40’s Grayson has maintained an active lifestyle. Thin and athletic rather than muscled, he stands a shade under 6ft and his hair, kept short and easy to maintain has begun to grey with time. He wears a very light beard, mainly thick dark stubble and his eyes are a strong, sharp brown that turn honey in bright daylight. When he smiles, the grin is wide and his eyes tend to ‘join in’ giving him a look as if he finds everything humorous. His eyes are also easily able to relate when he is not so humored.

______________________________________ BACKGROUND:

Most recently, Grayson returned to Starfleet HQ as a Fleet Operations planning officer after previously being in Command of the U.S.S. Challenger. In this role he assisted the Fleet Admirals with intel, operations reports and assigning resources where needed. Prior to his service with Starfleet HQ and as the Challenger C.O, he served as Captain of the U.S.S. Broadsword.

______________________________________ INTERESTS:

Always having been active, Grayson enjoys the very English past times of sailing and horse riding, mixed in with a Family tradition of music and flying. He can play both the Piano and the Cello thanks to school time tutoring, and his Family has a number of antique aircraft on their Estate in England although he hasn’t returned ‘Home’ in years due to disagreements about his role in Family affairs and the Rhodes Foundation. That he leaves to his nephew Duncan, and nieces Megan and Bronwyn.

Duke of York's Royal Military School

Grayson attended the Duke of York's Royal Military School, an old fashioned educational institution with a history of centuries. The school’s pupils are often those who’s parents are away in Starfleet, or Privately funded by families looking to give their children a more formal military style education. The Rhodes have been among these for centuries.

Thankfully, aside from a case of Klingon Herpes from an adventurous weekend in the Academy, Grayson has no ongoing medical issues.

______________________________________ PERSONAL INFORMATION:

Grayson is a member of the prestigious Rhodes Family. Aside from their main estate, they hold properties all over Earth and on a number of Colonies, many of which they fund privately. The Rhodes Foundation has a number of arms including trade, manufacturing, private insurance, scientific research, medical research and weapons research and production, as well as charity work throughout the Federation. One of the more quiet and media avoiding organizations in existence, the Rhodes Family does not hide their activities yet seem to be able to keep out of the limelight. The current head of the Rhodes Foundation is Duncan Rhodes, Grayson's nephew who is also a member of Starfleet. Duncan, through a desire to serve the Federation and see the galaxy allows his sister Bronwyn to run the Foundation as CEO with his sign off on larger matters as Director.

He tends to be very precise with his requirements and expectations. If he says he’s going to do something, he does it, and in return expects people to complete tasks they tell him will be done, on time. On duty he expects his crew to be on task, while off duty he likes to laugh, relax and get to know his crew.
