Physical
Dainty and petite. Completely hairless from head to toe. They have the typical line of Trill spots running down from their forehead to their toes in addition to a smattering of spots across their arms, legs, shoulders, brows and the top of their bald head. Their extra spots are due to an autoimmune disorder that produced tough spots to attack hair follicles. They wears a thin jumper of fine silk and over that a sheer full body covering to protect their sensitive skin. Bezre employees a number of fashionable headscarves and coverings to protect their head and neck.

Personality
ENFJ-A. Every day begins at zero for Bezre, and that day must then end in some kind of achievement (even small ones) in order to feel as though they had done something meaningful. Even on days set aside for rest and relaxation, something must be done and completed in order for Bezre to feel good about themselves. There can be no relaxing until tasks are completed and seen through. Bezre relishes the challenge of meeting new people and forming a connection with them. Strangers and alien cultures are never intimidating, only new opportunities to learn more. They are never at a loss for words and can break the ice in any situation. Crowds give them energy and inspires them to meet with everyone in the room and to pass along at least one meaningful statement. There is potential in everyone. No individual is fully formed, everyone is a work in progress, alive with possibilities. Bezre is drawn to people for this reason. They want to help others find meaning and success, to help them grow and reach their full potential. Nothing brings greater satisfaction then seeing the development in others as they reach new heights of realized potential.
Without work or distractions, Bezre has a tendency to slip into spiraling anxieties. More often than not centering around health anxiety and managing their chronic disease. Though the Myrh symbiont greatly reduced many symptoms of Bezre’s Grelen’s disease, what few symptoms and issues remain are over-exaggerated in their mind. The Myrh symbiont carries with it a deep trauma. Trauma that expresses itself with OCD tendencies and hypochondria. The compulsive need to control what comes in contact with their body and the environment they live in is hard to resist.
Medical
An extensive medical history is on file for Bezre who has been in and out of hospitals since birth. They was born with a rare autoimmune disease that was treated through extensive medications and preventative care. Bezre’s medical records would show that 2% of their spots develop cancer or malignant growth every year. In addition to the symptoms of their Grelen’s disease they are sensitive to dairy, gluten, amines, sulfites and artificial coloring.
Also included are summaries of the health histories of the previous Myrh hosts. All except the previous host, Dejan Myrh, whose files were heavily redacted. What remains are the notes of the trauma counselor Riald Tourman. The host Dejan Myrh received extensive counseling for nearly two decades. Riald’s final notes stress the importance of continuing to work with the new host to manage the trauma sustained by the Myrh symbiont during the Dominion War.
Grelen’s Disease - An autoimmune disease characterized by several symptoms: Atypical spot development including hardened, and sometimes raised, spots. These spots form mostly where the body attacked and destroyed hair follicles but can spread to other parts of the body as well. These extra spots are at increased risk of malignant growth and developing cancer. Increased skin sensitivity (sunlight, allergies and other irritants including fabrics) leading to moderate to severe outbreaks of eczema. People with this disease must take extra precautions even in simulated sunlight. Mild to moderate chronic fatigue. Arthritis and swelling of the joints. Hypothyroid and decreased immune response.
Treatments include various medications including anti-inflammatory drugs, corticosteroids and pain-killers. The most effective treatment and management method is joining with a Symbiont. The Symbiont is capable of regulating the host body’s internal immune response reducing most symptoms by up to 80%. Essentially all except the symptoms involving the skin.
History
Bezre was born on Trill to a family of artists. Her parents were renaissance creators, experts in a wide array of creative pursuits. Osud and Rarir Tellor, shared their passion for art as teachers a the University of Trill in the planet’s capitol. While pregnant with her child, Osud was informed that Bezre had the markers for the rare genetic disorder called Grelen’s Disease. There was no safe or tested means to permanently treat the disease and it would a life-long chronic condition. Osud and Rarir, thus armed with knowledge, learned all they could about the disease and how to manage its symptoms. Bezre entered the world after a long and complicated delivery but ultimately arrived safe and sound.
From birth and well into her adulthood, Bezre spent most of her life in and out of hospitals. From frequent check-ups and preventative care visits to hospitalizations for complications of her disease. Bezre developed a love of reading to pass away all that hospital time. She especially loved the books about far of people and cultures. She also read every medical text she could find on her disease and through that learned that the most effective treatment for her disease was to become joined to a Symbiont. At the tender age of seven she made a vow to be accepted as an initiate and earn the right to become joined.
Between her own determination and strength of will and her parents connections at the university, Bezre quickly advanced through her schooling to complete as much as she could as quickly as possible. In order to be deemed worthy of a Symbiont you had to be the best of the best, and the brightest of all the candidates. By the age of 23 she graduated from the University of Trill with the equivalent of two masters degrees in Intergalactic Diplomacy and Philosophy. She was the head of her university’s debate team and worked as an intern at the Federation Embassy on Trill. After earning her degrees she was one of five graduates selected for a student exchange program with Starfleet Academy where she took and completed extension courses in diplomacy covering Interspecies protocol, ethics, relations and comparative politics. Afterwords she took up a position at the headquarters of the Federation of Planets as an attache to the Trill representatives.
Then, at the age of 26 she was accepted as an initiate by the Symbiosis Committee and one year later selected as the host for the Myrh Symbiont. Bezre cried an embarrassingly long time after receiving the good news. Though, she nearly had cold feet the night before her joining ceremony. What if she became a completely different person? What if wasn’t worthy or worse incompatible with the Symbiont? Bezre was comforted by a fellow initiate and ultimately went through with the joining. Thus Bezre Myrh became to be and though they were different it wasn’t a bad different. After settling into their new normal, Bezre returned to the Federation where they flourished and later was offered the position of diplomatic attache to the USS Manhattan.
