Physical Description:
Jeffrey was a short, slim man with bright blue eyes. He had short brown hair and a long beard (often covered in grease).

Personality
Jeffrey, or Bob as he likes to be called, was a jolly, easygoing man. He was quick to make friends and always willing to help out. He developed a passion for Engineering, ships in particular, at a young age and always wanted to join Starfleet to explore the stars. His mother would often comment that he inherited this trait from his El Aurian father.
