Physical and character Description: Toby is tall and muscular with silvery hair and ice blue eyes. He has two antenna (as is the nature of all Andorians) [not pictured because I couldn’t work out how to do it, on the top of his head.

He is very driven and has devoted much of his life to his career in Starfleet, both in the Security field and in Starfleet Intelligence. From a young age he wanted to be a warrior and so strove to be in the best possible physique. He also dedicated time to learn several marshal arts.

Despite his career drive he is welcoming, warm and kind.

2386- Graduated Starfleet Academy and joined the USS Mariner as a Security Officer
2388: Promoted to Lieutenant (j.g)
