Build: Small for his age, scrawny and malnourished, runt of the family.
Complexion: Various cuts, scrapes, and scars from his time in the mines and scrapping to survive

Personality

Jaiturk is a strong willed kid, having had to survive from the ages of 7 to 10 as a grease monkey in the mines. He is witty and smart, usually figuring out how to get out of a sticky situation and knows when to stick around or when to run. Still just a boy, he often has fanciful dreams and sees everything as a game or something fun and the reality of a situation usually sinks in later. Jaiturk is fiercely proud of his Orion heritage and often views his people through rose tinted glasses. He often finds and latches onto hero figures in his life, often to his dismay later on as he is let down by those people.

Extra Curricular Activities: Tinkering with machines at home, coupled with years of ‘on the job experience’ in the mines repairing machines from replicators to dilithium processors.

Medical:

Standard Orion physiology, requires UV light for energy that is processed by the chlorophyll in his blood. He does suffer the lethargy of most of his species while he is in space away from natural sunlight or when he worked in the mines. Jaiturk does require the use of stimulants like others of his species in order to stay awake longer and follows the shorter Orion sleep cycles. Given that he is preadolescent, Jaiturk is not affected by Orion pheromones as more matured male members of his species are. Jaiturk suffers from anisocoria in his right eye that leaves his pupil permanently dilatated after an injury repairing a mining laser. His vision in the eye is noticeably worse than his left and he often closes his right eye to better get a look at what he is working on.
